Our Founder - Laura Castañeda is a former broadcast journalist with 30 years of experience in diverse news markets. In 2004 she began training and mentoring reporters, producers, anchors and MMJ's in academia. Now she's taking her experience a step further. “It was a natural move for me. Back in the day, I had my own experiences with talent agents. I know what works and what doesn’t. I want my clients to trust me to give them guidance to help them make the best career decisions.”

Justin Dawson - Chief Legal Counsel
Justin C. Dawson, is an experienced attorney and former prosecutor who has implemented and directed training programs in the U.S. and in El Salvador. Mr. Dawson specializes in both business and government contracts. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois – Urbana, and a J.D. from Creighton University College of Law in Omaha, Nebraska.
During his time in El Salvador, Dawson developed a program of instruction, alongside partners from DEA, FBI, and HSI to train investigators and prosecutors on advanced techniques of organized crime investigation, and working with media. During that time, Mr. Dawson provided training to law enforcement communications and media professionals, instructing them on how to work better with the media to establish better relations. He also worked alongside the US Embassy’s Public Affairs section to assist Salvadoran Media on working with law enforcement on organized crime reporting to protect sources.
